You learn the jab. Your lungs file a complaint.
First class is rope, stance, jab, cross. Three rounds in, the pads win. Nobody on the floor remembers it any other way.
By round five, the jab finally lands the way you saw it in your head.
ZEN's kickboxing program is now open. Sixty-minute classes built around real technique, real conditioning, and the same room you already know. All levels welcome — your first class is on us.
ZEN Kickboxing blends Western boxing footwork, Muay Thai kicks and clinch fundamentals, and the conditioning that makes the rest of it possible. You learn how to throw, how to defend, and how to put both together at a tempo your body can actually sustain.
Every class is sixty minutes: structured warm-up, technique block on the focus mitts, partner-driven round work, and a conditioning finisher that earns the shower at the end. Pad work with a coach is built into the rotation, not sold as an upsell.
Who it's for. Adults who want to get visibly stronger, sharper, and harder to push around. Total beginners are welcome and treated like beginners — meaning we teach you, not just exhaust you.
What ninety days of striking actually changes. No promises, just the markers we see on the floor.

1-2-3, 1-2-low-kick, slip-cross-hook. Three or four combos live in your hands now. Cardio that died at round two has gas at round four.
You bought your own gloves. You started looking at fight footage on the bus.
Ninety days of structured rounds rewires the body. Posture sharpens. Resting heart rate drops. The shoulders that gave up at minute three now show up for round six.
Stress at work feels smaller. The mat is honest in a way the rest of the day is not.
Three sessions a week, every week. All levels welcome.
